Where can I receive telehealth care?
You must be physically located in a state where Dr. Gaudin is licensed and where the requested service is permitted at the time of your visit. Dr. Gaudin is licensed in Florida, New York, Vermont, Colorado, Wyoming, Maine, Utah, and Iowa. Contact the practice to confirm availability for your location and requested service.
Does a consultation guarantee a prescription?
No. Treatment decisions follow clinical assessment. Testing, in-person care, referral, or a nonmedication plan may be appropriate.
What does my first visit include?
A discussion of your concerns and goals, relevant history, medication review, and consideration of next steps. Additional testing or follow-up may be needed before treatment.
What does care cost?

How quickly will I feel better?
Response and timing vary with the diagnosis and plan. No specific outcome or timeline is guaranteed.
Can I keep my current doctors?
Yes. Specialized care should complement appropriate primary and specialty care. Share records and coordinate recommendations with your existing clinicians.
How do I share medical records?
Online medical intake is not currently available. Contact the practice for guidance before sharing records. Do not send medical records, detailed symptoms, or sensitive identifiers through general email.
Is this emergency or urgent care?
No. Call 911 for an emergency. Seek local urgent or emergency assessment for symptoms that cannot safely wait for a scheduled visit.
